The Kentucky State Roleplay Chain of Command ensures professionalism, accountability, organization, and efficient leadership throughout our community. Every member of leadership plays an important role in maintaining the standards and vision of KSRP.
The Owner serves as the highest authority within Kentucky State Roleplay and is responsible for the overall vision, development, management, and future direction of the community. The Owner has final authority over all community decisions, policies, staffing, partnerships, and operational matters.
Oversees executive operations, staff coordination, leadership communications, policy implementation, and assists ownership with managing day-to-day community operations.
Responsible for community engagement, member retention, community events, and fostering a positive environment.
Oversees website development, systems management, automation, and technical infrastructure.
Manages staff performance, evaluations, promotions, disciplinary reviews, and staff training initiatives.
Administrators handle community management, ticket support, moderation oversight, member assistance, and operational tasks.
Moderators enforce community rules, assist members, monitor roleplay quality, and help maintain a safe and professional environment.
KSRP's automated systems and bots that assist with moderation, logging, applications, communications, and community management.
Members actively participating in roleplay sessions and representing their departments while in-game.
