Kentucky State Roleplay (KSRP) is a roleplay community focused on creating realistic and immersive scenarios set in Kentucky. We're a division of The Lighthouse for Mental Health, emphasizing positive community values and mental health awareness.

To join KSRP:

Yes! KSRP is completely free to join and participate in. We never charge membership fees. However, you will need to own the base game and any required DLC/mods.

The Lighthouse for Mental Health (tlhmh.org) is our parent organization dedicated to mental health awareness, support, and advocacy. As a division of The Lighthouse, KSRP maintains a strong focus on community wellbeing and provides mental health resources to our members.

Minimum age requirements vary by department:

• Civilian roles: 14+
• EMS/Fire: 15+
• Law Enforcement: 16+
• Department of Justice: 17+
• Government positions: 18+

Most applications are reviewed within 24-48 hours. You'll be contacted via email or Discord with the decision. If selected, you'll be invited for a brief interview before final approval.

You can only be active in one primary department at a time. However, after establishing yourself in your main role, you may be eligible for secondary roles or cross-training opportunities.

If your application is denied, you'll receive feedback on why. You can reapply after 30 days. Use this time to gain more experience or address any concerns mentioned in the feedback.

No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners and provide comprehensive training. However, a willingness to learn and commitment to quality roleplay is essential.

Activity requirements vary by department but generally expect:

• Civilians: No strict requirement, but regular participation encouraged
• Emergency Services: Minimum 8 hours per week
• Leadership positions: Minimum 12 hours per week

If you need time off, submit a Leave of Absence form.

You can only have one active character at a time. This ensures you can fully develop your character and maintain consistent roleplay. Character changes require approval from staff.

Rule violations are handled according to our disciplinary system:

• Minor violations: Warnings and education
• Repeated violations: Temporary suspensions
• Severe violations: Immediate ban

The server restarts every 4 hours for maintenance and performance optimization. Restart times are announced in Discord and in-game. Plan your roleplay scenarios accordingly.

Promotions are based on:

• Time in service and activity level
• Quality of roleplay
• Leadership and mentorship
• Completion of required training
• Positive contributions to the community

Each department has specific promotion requirements. Speak with your supervisor for details.

Yes, department transfers are possible after being in your current department for at least 30 days. Submit a transfer request to your current supervisor and the department you wish to join. Both must approve the transfer.

All members must complete:

• Department-specific academy/training
• Ongoing training and certifications

Yes, criminal roleplay is allowed within guidelines:

• Must have valid roleplay reasons for criminal activity
• No excessive or random violence
• Organized crime requires approval
• Follow all server rules regarding combat and violence
